Refund Policy
At Geeta Music Gallery, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in excellent condition. Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description at the time of delivery. Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos for verification. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the concern. Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and accessories, and items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after inspection. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
